We had a great time at King Pine. Just my Husband and I and my mom, it was perfect! It is a small mountain so amazing for beginners (or good skiers who haven't skied in 10+ years) Nice to be able to go up and down multiple times instead of 30 min on the lift. Cute finger food pizza / burger and hot chocolate just enough to fill you up to get back out there. I noticed a lot of young employees which is nice to see, relaxed attitude. Overall very nice - didn't stay at the resort but a great day of skiing... Vollständige Bewertung
Skied today, Jan. 31 2018 and had a wonderful time. The conditions were excellent as they pay great attention to grooming and snow making. Super value, no lines today. Weekday skiing is great , down the mountain, get on the lift, again and again. Highly recommend it.... Vollständige Bewertung
I have to say that i like this little mountain but on our recent visit I had my eight year old daughter and wife both taking lessons that started at noon. Neither one had ever been on a mountain before, they both had a good time and instructors were nice. Me and my son both bought lift passes for the afternoon which started at twelve thirty. After paying for a whole family and two in lessons for a few hours they would not make accommodations to let my son and I start thirty minutes early and get in a few more runs. I don't expect a lot but to sit on the bottom of the mountain for thirty minutes after dropping a couple hundred dollars??? What would it have really hurt. The lift lines were not backed up and the mountain not crowded. My recommendation would be to line up lift tickets with lesson times. It only makes sense.... Vollständige Bewertung
KP is one of the friendliest mts anywhere. They really care about your experience. We started my 4 year old here and it is the best place to get a kid skiing. inexpensive and not intimidating. We quickly outgrew KP but I still love the place and what it represents.... Vollständige Bewertung
This is like Nashoba valley or Bradford ski area, but close to New Hampshire's Mt Washington Valley. It literally is a 350' vertical drop hill, and you sometimes wonder how it could stay in business when it has to compete with much larger areas, but it does. Although so small, it still manages to have one trail that is over a mile long. It is a great place to learn. You're not going to be scared by hot dog skiers wizzing by you, because they don't exist here. Staff is very friendly. I believe the area is part of the Purity Springs Resort. So they treat all patrons as if they were resort guests. Enough siad.... Vollständige Bewertung
The ski resort is tucked away in a lovely little valley, it's one of my favorite slopes. The trails wind through beautiful, tall pine trees. I skied there on 3 occasions in the evening (after 4:00) and at times, it felt like I had the mountain to myself. Skiers seems to be more laid back and considerate than at other resorts. My only beef is with the slow service at the rental shop. On my last visit, though there were only 2 people on front of us, it took close to 30 minutes before we could finally hit the snow. The employees looked like they were bored out of their minds. My rental skis where very dull, I could probably have swapped them.... Vollständige Bewertung

King Pine is a fun place to spend the day! One can go up multiple times, in only a few hours. Terrian Park isn't safe. ... Vollständige Bewertung
My family and I came to King Pine from the UK in early January. I already ski so the emphasis was on my wife and 2 sons (10 and 8) to learn to ski in a relatively short time so we could all ski together for the rest of our holiday. The King Pine "master the mountain" package seemed to be the best way to achieve this as it was very reasonable and ticked all the boxes with ski hire, lift passes and instruction all in the one package. We used our package (which is flexible) over a Sat, Sun and Monday to get the most from the rest of the holiday.
I really can't speak highly enough of the staff and instructors - they pitch everything at the right level and the progress of my wife and kids was great to see, by day 3 all were competent and it was a perfect start to a fantastic holiday. We visited King Pine over the next week or so and we all enjoyed it. If you want an affordable family friendly resort then King Pine is a great place to introduce new skiers. I wanted to introduce my family to skiing in the best way possible as a bad experience could put them off for life! King Pine was perfect for us, it must have been because they all have the bug and can't wait to return! ... Vollständige Bewertung
We own a home in Wolfeboro, NH and were fortunate enough to stumble onto King Pine. What a WONDERFUL place to spend an afternoon. Super staff, very clean facilities and fun runs. Well groomed and never a line. In terms of value King Pine can't be beat! Also live music on Saturday afternoons and that's great too.
Highly recommend this area. It's a hidden treasure.
