Took my ten year old son and had a great time. Although the mtn was busy there were plenty of runs and lifts to keep us skiing. We will be back this season. Jeff Curran... Vollständige Bewertung

Good morning, I would like to complain about one of your employees who was on the terrain park on Dec 29. In the early afternoon I was on that slope with my wife and two young children. My daughter was eager to ski slowly over the side of a small jump at the top of the slope, when a man who said he was a Bristol Mountain employee came up to us telling me that it would somehow be dangerous for snowboarders unless she went straight into the metal obstacles. Meanwhile, skiers kept going past doing exactly what my daughter was planning to do: ski off the small, one-foot jump without making use of the metal pipes. I then explained to my kids, in front of him, that we couldn't use the jump because this man wouldn't let us, and he continued to invade my personal space and talk up a storm about the great dangers we would be causing snowboarders. To top it off, he was invading my space, closer than 6 feet, while wearing some kind of a loose grey scarf instead of a mask, and he was standing next to a bunch of snowboarders who appeared to be his friends, who had NO MASKS ON. He was bold enough to discipline my 10-year-old daughter about not using a tiny jump, but he had no interest at all in telling his friends to use protective masks. I did not get his name, but he was a tall young white man with long dread locks, reddish I think. He was wearing a jacket with a pattern that looked similar to camouflage with a name tag on the right side of his chest. I would like disciplinary action taken against him for not enforcing mask mandates on the mountain, and at the very least I never want this employee, who is clearly reckless with social distancing and mask use, to ever get near my family again, because he clearly presents a risk of infecting the wider public. I trust that Bristol Mountain will follow up on this complaint. Thank you very much, Peter Millard... Vollständige Bewertung

Yesterday was the best of this year. Snoguns going to keep us on the slopes so we just skied around them. Bristol has done a fantastic job of having plenty of snow and with super grooming. If you haven't been there, it's a must and I doubt you will regret spending the day on the slopes. So happy I chose to ski there.... Vollständige Bewertung

This place is the worst. Can't believe lift tickets are normally $70. Thankfully I paid $60 for this visit, but it was still too much. Their facilities are run down and they don't even have a fireplace anywhere to warm up after a day of skiing. Even their staff are cold and unaccommodating. I was kicked out of an area that actually had outlets and seating to charge my phone even though it wasn't being used so now I'm in a cold dingy corner on a floor writing a review. They don't have half of their terrain open which is all blues so there aren't trails in my intermediate comfort zone, even though those trails look to be perfectly rideable and they've been making snow on them for weeks. This place boasts family friendliness but I don't see anything family friendly about it. The only decent thing they have going is the vertical, which is nice for all 2 of their black diamond trails, but that's pretty limited for anyone looking for advanced terrain. Their small terrain park is limited, although it was nice and long. What little advanced terrain they actually had open was blocked off for race training for the entire evening. I'm used to crappy ski resorts, I live in Ohio after all, but this place is a nightmare. Burn it with fire and then it might actually give off some warmth. Ugh.... Vollständige Bewertung

Nice resort for the region, freestyle aerials area fun to watch. Comet and lower rocket constantly closed for racing or "training" is unfortunate.... Vollständige Bewertung

Bristol is taking advantage of having little competition in the area. The full season pass is grossly over priced for what the mountain offers. It is laughable that anyone would even consider buying it. Ikon and Epic pass are both cheaper which give you access to some of the best mountains in the country. Buy the season pass if you are a beginner and want to ski at a subpar mountain 20+ times a year. ... Vollständige Bewertung

This mountain is way better than any mountain in this area. If you want to save a couple of dollars and go to Swain or Hunt Hollow prepare to have one lift and one trail open when you could pay just a little bit more to have state of the art snow making and a lottttt more options of open trails! Season pass sales start before the season even ends for a serious discount and there is also a payment plan option to make it easier for families, wonderful!!! I have never had a bad experience with staff members here and love to come on weekends with my family. I know that my money spent here goes right back into the mountain to make it all worth it! You don't find service and snow like this at mountains with a $20 lift ticket!... Vollständige Bewertung

Ive been going to Bristol Mountain for well over 30yrs. Im now pushing into 40yrs young.... This mountain use to be super fun, full of families who were weekend warriors, bands playing in the lodge, arcades, affordable. NOW.... Its over priced, if you're not in the race league, then advanced available terrain gets taken up. If you're into terrain parks, get ready to feel like thats lacking as Bristol doesn't truly invest into progressive features and is 10yrs behind in their builds. If you snowboard, the resort now has this elitist ski vibe and you do not see youre average 1-4 times a season family on the hill anymore. They cannot afford to go to Bristol. Season passes are now well over $800, which is more then what I paid for my Sierra Tahoe spring pass and Peak Resorts season pass together. Food in the lodge, get ready to take out a second mortgage if you bring youre family. The Bloody Mary is over $14 and thats well vodka and the weakest garnishes you'd ever imagine. I can go on and on about how Bristol has priced the average person out of skiing and snowboarding. I suggest Swain or even look into Hunt Hollow for your family. You'd be surprised on what you can get at those two local hills for the money. ... Vollständige Bewertung

I have been skiing here for 35 years and this year is the worst I've seen. The first time we went with our school they didn't have 4:00 lessons ready. We had 6 beginners so now what. My son takes his 5:00 lesson he takes an intermediate lesson because they have no one to do expert. Waste of my money! They are more concerned with scanning your lift ticket than organizing lift lines. Complete chaos! Food lines plan on waiting 20 minutes. I have the last 3 weeks. Next week I will bring wegmans subs. 3 strikes! Lastly my sons pass didn't make it to the schools so I had to pick it up. (Not a big deal). The attitude I was greated with was. Very unprofessional. Very very disapointed... Vollständige Bewertung
