This is my first season skiing here (I bought season passes for myself and my grand children). My only criticism is that the resort appears to be understaffed, and that may be a function of covid and the very weird year we are having. The understaffing mainly shows up as as closed lifts. The most modern and beginner friendly lift at Summit Central is Holiday. It is slow and lines (and waits) are absurdly long. The other lifts that can service beginners are only open occasionally midweek (when we ski). This being said, I have no other criticisms. The staff have been friendly and cooperative and the skiing itself has been pretty much spot on for our purposes. We’ll be skiing there again next season.... Vollständige Bewertung

Waste of time and money. Oversold, understaffed. Poorly groomed half the lifts closed on the week days. 30 minute or longer lines on the week days... Vollständige Bewertung

Just don't. Oversold, understaffed, 1 of 4 resorts open on a sold out day. I'm a pass holders and have not been able to ski 5 of the 10 days I went this year due to broken lifts, hour plus lines, parking issues. Even as one of the cheapest season passes in America, this place is a total rip off and a joke... Vollständige Bewertung

Few buddies and I went a rode last Friday at the summit and had a blast until.. we watched a few employees go through the ski patrol/ ski school gate and cut the line, out of uniform. We called them out in line for cutting everyone and their response was “we work here”(as ticket checkers). We asked why they weren’t in uniform if they were working and they responded, “we can’t ride in uniform”(False, if you’re working you’re in uniform). They got on the chair and waited for us at the top to get off and brought some 20 y/o kid who claimed to be the “ticket supervisor” over to try and strong arm us for calling out the employees. After listening to their nonsense for a few minutes they admitted that what they were doing, cutting the line off duty, was wrong but proceeded to try and convince us that it was unacceptable for guests to call them out and they should be allowed to do whatever they want with no consequences(because they work there of course). In addition, they claimed that the guests might be unaware of any emergencies the employees might need to be responding to off duty, making it necessary for them to use the patrol/ ski school gate. After a few days have past and reflecting on this incredibly odd situation it has left me wondering, what kind of ticket scanning emergencies Snoqualmie has that requires their off duty employees to respond to? ... Terrain is great for beginners. Conditions are often poor, mid winter. Poorly managed, unprofessional staff (boyne). Always weird animosity by the lofty snowboarders, toward skiers. Clearly most of the wannabe hardcore didn't get the message that snowboarding is out of style, as is the died between snowsports. Really a strange vibe with so many territorial, no nothing dorks...goofy place by any standard.... Vollständige Bewertung

The terrain that is accessible by lift is fantastic (especially Alpental) and is the easiest to get to from the Seattle area. There is also a lot of access to all types of backcountry riding for all skill levels. That being said, the management at the resort is awful and obviously do not have a customer obsessed mindset. Weather it's setting up ski/snowboard events or selling passes, you can expect them to do it in the most cost effective/easiest way for the resort at the expense of customer experience. This could be easily be one of my favorite resorts if they were willing to invest any effort on improving their management style and possibly add additional access to more terrain. ... Spent the entire day at Summit West 1/1/19 on well groomed trails with little to no lines and most lifts open. Lift ticket and rentals were very reasonable for Holiday "on peak" prices. Absolutely great ski area for beginners and families. Yes, it was a superb day on the mountain! ... Vollständige Bewertung
