We arrived by 9:00 a.m., on a Monday. Waited in a long line of cars and was finally directed to a parking spot. The attendant said it would be a kilometre walk, carrying skis and walking in ski boots! We ended up leaving and that was the 3rd time! We were very disappointed, frustrated and plain angry. Cypress does not have a reservation system for season’s pass holders which makes no sense. They continue to sell day tickets which is plainly irresponsible. I e mailed them twice asking for a refund or credit for next year. No reply. Cypress cannot handle the volume and can’t bother to reply to guests’ concerns. Do not waste your time and money. ... If you want to spend your day in massive lineups, this is the mountain for you. One hour vehicle lineup to access the park, only to find out all but the furthest parking lots are full— a 15-minute walk to the bottom of the lift and a 45-minute chairlift lineup—mismanaged operation. Season pass holders are not required to book in advance like Whistler, so Cypress is jammed packed. ... Vollständige Bewertung
It is very scary if you are concern about catching COVID19 as physical distancing is not existent and there is no enforcement. some people have very thin layer of cloth coving their face. some don't even bother to cover their mouth al all in the very looong lineups. I mean looooong as it took 1 hour each run. Some idiots even jump the quene and stands beside you on the line up. some idiots even goes pass you in the line withough face covering. I feel like I just got COVID afterwards. I will not go back this year.... Vollständige Bewertung
SHAME on Cypressmountain

they DO NOT ACCEPT CASH
Every staff member on this mountain is RUDE and think that the Constitution doesn't apply here. I will NEVER spend a dime or waste my time coming here again and WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEIR BEHAVIOR.

I've been a season pass holder for years. Having a mask policy that suggests that a mask must be worn 100% of the time while outside on a mountain is a horrific policy and if it continues, i will look for legal avenues to hold you responsible. I have a medical condition which makes it extremely difficult to maintain this draconian rule, which makes this discrimination. Also, currently I am tested for the new flu 3 times a week ffs. Hopefully if this continues, you will feel it in your bottom line.... Vollständige Bewertung
Cypress's proximity to Vancouver and reasonably varied terrain should make it the most appealing family mountain in BC's lower mainland. But the mountain is overcrowded with unsupervised beginners and snowboarders, and poorly patrolled. There is no etiquette on the mountain, especially among newbies and snowboarders, and safety is simply not enforced in any meaningful way. There simply isn't enough room at the facility to efficiently and safely process everyone. And if you are skiing with young children or other vulnerable skiers on green or blue terrain hyper-vigilance is required at all times. Even then, your chances of being involved in a collision are high. Cypress could easily do more to improve conditions, but ownership is disinterested, much like the the young, overwhelmed temporary foreign workers who staff the mountain. ... Vollständige Bewertung
For family of 4 you pay 100$ tobogganing for 1h 50min, have to book in advance online without any clue what conditions to expect.
Tobogganing is long 100m where you have to pay full price for kids as well.
Please check Val Thorens at French Alps tobogganing or sliding where you have a couple of kilometers (that's kilometers) descent, with full equipment, for less money and for kids it is free.
They even have gondola to bring you back to the top for 2nd slide.
And the best, for kids 2-6 and 6-10, all other 250m slides with banks and turns are free, which is here 100$ with much shorter run.
This is total shame, overcharging like this for something which is considered as free family activity around the world in "real" mature resorts.
